Accessing Forms and Making Payments

CarePaths is a HIPPA compliant platform for healthcare providers and offers a patient portal where you can access and sign documents, begin online sessions with your therapist and pay your bill. You can enter the portal after I assign you a username and temporary password. (Please do not create your own account and log in as it will not link to my practice.)
